ICT — Spring Community Mental Health Forum
Join us for an evening of honest conversation, connection, and community at Let’s Talk: Teen Social Life & Mental Health. Hosted by the Sedgwick County Teen Council, this forum is designed to bring students and community members together to explore how friendships, social pressures, and everyday interactions impact mental health.
The event will feature a live panel of Zero Reasons Why Teen Council members and adult experts, creating space for real dialogue, shared experiences, and practical insight. Together, we’ll dive into topics like navigating friend groups, conflict, comparison, and belonging—while highlighting ways to better support ourselves and each other.
In addition to the panel discussion, attendees will participate in interactive activities and learn tangible strategies for building healthier relationships, setting boundaries, and maintaining balance in their social lives. Whether you’re looking to share your perspective, gain new insight, or simply feel more connected, this event is for you.
